Procurement Manager - Cape Town

Position: Procurement Manager

Location: Cape Town, South Africa Department: Supply Chain & Procurement 

Reports To: CFO / Operations Director 

  

Role Overview 

The Procurement Manager will lead sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and demand planning across SIAAC’s solar and energy storage product portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring competitive pricing, optimal stock levels, strong supplier relationships, and improved gross margin performance. 

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to support business growth, working capital optimisation, and structured supply chain governance. 

Key Focus Areas 

  • Lead procurement of inverters, batteries, PV modules, mounting systems, BOS and electrical components 
  • Negotiate pricing, rebates, commercial terms and international supply agreements 
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships locally and internationally 
  • Forecast demand based on sales pipeline, historical data and market trends 
  • Maintain optimal stock levels while preventing overstock and shortages 
  • Track landed costs, margins and currency exposure 
  • Monitor global pricing trends and supply chain risks 
  • Support gross margin optimisation and working capital planning 
  • Oversee ERP procurement data accuracy and reporting

Minimum Requirements 

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in procurement, buying or supply chain management

Sales Performance Manager - Cape Town

Position Title: Sales Performance Manager 
Location: Onsite Cape Town 
Reporting To: Sales & Commercial Leadership 

 

Role Overview 

We are looking for an organised, detail-driven Sales Performance Manager to help drive the visibility, tracking, and optimisation of sales performance at Siaac Group. 

This role will be key to supporting our leadership team with accurate, timely data and insights, helping us manage revenue targets and partner performance as we grow across the South African and SADC commercial energy markets. 

You will work closely with commercial and leadership stakeholders, managing reporting cycles, dashboards, and data integrity, ensuring the business can make clear, data-driven decisions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly sales KPI dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI) 
  • Monitor and report on pipeline performance: conversion rates, deal velocity, revenue by product/channel/partner 
  • Prepare clear monthly reports for leadership and board updates 
  • Support revenue forecasting with tracking models and scenario planning 
  • Track and report on partner/channel performance 
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role combines financial accounting and management accounting responsibilities within a manufacturing and distribution environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring correct financial treatment across the supply chain and supporting management decision-making.

Electrical Sales Representative

Role Overview 

To develop and grow B2B sales of low-voltage switchgear products through SIAAC Group’s distribution channel. The role is strictly channel-focused, supplying wholesalers, panel builders, OEMs, EPCs, and system integrators, while expanding SIAAC’s presence in the LV switchgear market. 

Key Focus Areas 

  • Develop and execute territory-based sales strategy for LV switchgear 
  • Drive sales growth through approved B2B channels (wholesalers, panel builders, OEMs, EPCs, system integrators) 
  • Identify, onboard and grow new channel partners
