If you’ve encountered a product fault that you believe falls under warranty, please complete the form below to initiate your warranty claim. This helps us resolve your issue as efficiently and accurately as possible.

Before You Begin

To ensure we can process your claim without delays, kindly have the following information and documents ready:

  • Invoice or proof of purchase

  • Product serial number(s)

  • Detailed description of the fault

  • Supporting photos or documentation

  • Installation date and location (if applicable)

Once submitted, your case will be assigned to one of our technical support team members, who will review the claim in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and Siaac’s internal process.
